1: A very obnoxious and grating way to say someone's pregnant. An extremely annoying buzz word used by tabloid-style news outlets to have people storm the comment section to complain about the use of this horrendous and ridiculous expression. hence free traffic, you clever dudez!

  * e.g.,  ... My neighbors were getting it on yesterday and were making baby bumping music.

1: The bulge created by an over stuffed back pack, most common among students who are in high school and up. The bump acts like a pregnant ladies big belly, obnoxiously big and gets inn the way and makes the person more clumsy than they would be without it
